High-strength wood fibers in the middle layer of laminate flooring as well as HDF are formed by combining (pressing) the products, such as wood chips, which are the by-products of the laminate flooring industry.
The middle layer of HDF is covered with decor paper and high quality protection layer and laminate flooring is completed.

Basic Structure of Laminate Flooring

  • Overlay: Cellulosic based film. aluminum oxide particles. Alumium oxide parts provide scratch resistance to heat resistance. laminate parquet is the most important feature that distinguishes it from similar derivatives.
  • Pattern paper: can be produced in any color and pattern. high quality wood raw material produced with high-tech printed paper film layer.
  • Hdf: Rugged, high pressure resistant carrier sheet produced according to E1 norm.
  • Balance paper Cellulosic paper film layer that provides stabilization.
